Tami Foster, L.P.N.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Tami comes to us with over 40 years of experience as a licensed practical nurse with emphasis in geriatric care. She has spent over 12 years working in an assisted living facility and critical roles in the opening of two new facilities in Springfield and Chicago. 

Tami lives in Springfield, has grown children, and enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren.

The elderly need more people in health care who will advocate for them, and who can serve their needs while maintaining their dignity. I'm proud that we're able to provide that type of care at Eastland

Paulette Miller
COMMUNITY RELATIONS DIRECTOR

Paulette joined the team in 2021 with over 40 years experience working in nursing homes, assisted living, and independent living as Executive and Marketing Directors. Retired in 2020, but missed working with seniors, so when offered the position at Eastland, she was ready to come out of retirement.

Paulette has lived in Auburn for 30 years. Loves being part of this community. She has three grown children and six grandchildren.
